“Debbie has been a blessing to deal with during our new construction home building experience. She was very attentive to our needs and found us land to build on. After being disappointed with not being able to find a lot, she called me out of the blue and told me she had a new piece of land that she wanted me to look at. It was perfect for my family. She helped us pick out a model that had everything we ever wanted in a house—an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining area all in one place. It also had 3 bedrooms consisting of a large master suite for my wife and I and a 2 bedroom suite for our adult children with their own bathroom. The den was a bonus surprise for us. We have a fireplace with a front and back porch as well as a large 2 car garage. It was the perfect design for our family!! Debbie's true talent lies in picking out all of the colors and styles that come with home building. She patiently helped my family pick all of our essentials. We built during the pandemic and Debbie kept us apprised of the progress by sending us weekly updates with pictures which we looked forward to. We were able to spend Thanksgiving in our new home.
